CATERING DURING THE PANDEMIC

Jewell is dedicated to continuing to offer catering options for meetings. Currently, the Jewell catering menu is available for meetings within the corporate campus. Jewell must strictly adhere to food service mandates and directives communicated by Jewell Corporate. Some restrictions may be applicable and are dictated by guidance from the CDC, the Illinois Department of Health and local food service guidelines. We are adapting to necessary changes and remain committed to provide a high level of service to ITW employees. Current restrictions include the elimination of all self-service options, including buffets, platters and self-service coffee and tea. These restrictions will be considered best practices for the foreseeable future. The following includes alternative protocols and highlighted procedures to continue to offer services in this unprecedented time.

SCHEDULING FOR ALL ORDERS

Jewell kindly requests 48 hours notice of all catering and coffee service orders to allow for adequate preparation time.

Each delivery time requires a separate order. It is best to give us as much notice as possible (all products may not be available and substitutions may be made).

Regular Delivery Hours - 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 75% charged if canceled in afternoon/50% before noon.

Same day cancellations may be subject to full charge.
